Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute control over your electronic mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can forward mails from one email box account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming messages on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply choose the email account you would like to forward emails from, then select the destination mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
